"I would like to share my observations about Janis Penick. I first met her about three years ago when my wife and I were searching for a ranch in Bastrop County. I am the Executive Manger, Planning and Budget for Travis County and my wife is the Director of the Performing Arts Center at UT Austin. We were in the process of selling our home on Lake Travis (through Cord Shiflet at Moreland Realty), and we wanted to find a realtor in the Bastrop region.
